全球估计有十亿人认为

It is thought that one billion people live with some form of disability. This figure comes from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Bank, which published a report in 2011 estimating that around 15% of the world's population lives with some form of disability. Given that the global population is currently estimated to be around 7.9 billion (as of 2023), this would indeed equate to approximately one billion people.

This estimate includes a wide range of disabilities, including:

1. Visual impairments
2. Hearing impairments
3. Physical impairments
4. Cognitive impairments
5. Mental health conditions

The actual number may have changed since the 2011 report, but it still provides a useful benchmark for understanding the significant portion of the global population affected by disabilities.
